We know that each business is unique and we are always available and willing to help provide more information relating to your specific requirements, prior to your blender purchase.

After you have accepted the quotation and payment has been received, we complete the final checks and testing on your individually built Little Jem Elite Real Fruit Ice Blender ready for dispatch.

Shipping

Your blender is packaged in a custom-made MDF shipping crate and sent via air freight to your closest International Airport - This takes approx. 7 - 10 days. For NZ customers we freight directly to your door - approx. 5 - 7 days.

Warranty

Each Little Jem Elite Real Fruit Ice Cream Blender has a 12,000 ice cream / 12 month warranty (whichever comes first).

Servicing and Maintenance

We have designed our Elite Blender to require very little maintenance. Please see our FAQ section on cleaning, greasing and auger/mixing cone replacement.

Operational issues are rare with our Blenders and most can easily be resolved by referring to the supplied operation manual’s Troubleshooting guide.

If an issue persists then please call or email us and we will work with you to help ensure an efficient and timely resolution. The Elite Blender can be serviced by your local catering equipment specialist or qualified electrician. If needed, we can supply any required parts, often overnight within New Zealand or air freighted for overseas customers. We will liaise with your maintenance provider if any advice is required.
