Place 2 scoops of ice cream, frozen yoghurt or other base product into the mixing bowl.
(approx. 60g scoop)
Add your customers choice of fruits, berries or nuts into the mixing bowl on top of ice cream. (approx. 40g scoop)
Please note: Large fruits such as banana, melon, kiwifruit need to be pre-diced before freezing and putting into the blender.
While holding a cone or a cup under the mixing bowl depress the green "up" button until all the blended ingredients have been dispensed into the cone or cup.
Once fully dispensed present your customer with the perfect real fruit ice cream!

Dennis Little and his family owned and operated one of Nelson’s most popular Berry Gardens, where people would queue to buy a real fruit ice cream, often selling around 700 ice creams per day.
Dennis teamed up with his brother Chris, a lifelong engineer who specialises in complex beverage equipment, to design and create an exceptional real fruit ice cream blender that is extremely reliable and very easy to use.
